How garage door repair pickup works

The Garage Door Help Station kiosk is built to be quick: a few taps on a big touchscreen and you leave with the part your door needs.

Four steps at the screen

  1. Choose your part
On the kiosk screen, tap Springs, Openers or Cables.
  2. Tell it about your door
Answer a few simple questions about your door so the right part is matched.
  3. Confirm your details
Enter your name and phone number and check your order on screen.
  4. Pick up
Take your printed receipt and collect your parts at the kiosk.

Before you go

  • Springs: note whether your door uses one or two torsion springs above the door, or extension springs along the tracks.
  • Openers: note the brand and model on your current opener and whether it drives a chain, belt or screw.
  • Cables: note whether the cables run to a drum on a shaft above the door (torsion) or through pulleys along the sides (extension).
  • Measure your door width and height.

Questions about the kiosk

Do I need an appointment to use the kiosk?

No. The kiosk is self-serve: you choose your part on the screen and follow the steps.

What do I need to bring?

Information about your door helps match the right part. If you are replacing a spring, cable or opener, details from the old part or your door's label are useful.

What if the kiosk is offline?

If the kiosk can't reach our system, it shows a screen telling you so and how to continue.
